- It is very likely you have the “Send All” option enabled. Check the display of your physical phone station for a button that says “Send All” (you might need to press the “More” button to scroll through more options) if you see a checkmark next to “Send All” this means it is enabled. Press the button to disable it (no checkmark).

- If you are calling from your office you would dial 7-2900.
- If you are calling from outside the College then you must dial the 10-digit 305-237-2929.

- Your Office365 emails are not synchronized to your Telephone User Interface (TUI). Instead, they are two different copies of the same voicemail. When you delete your voicemails from Outlook the messages will still remain in your TUI for a period of 14 days. Messages older than 14 days get automatically deleted from your Telephone User Interface.
