Where do I submit my foreign high school or foreign college / university transcripts to?

Foreign high school, college, and university transcripts are submitted to the campusĀ Admissions and Registration office.

Foreign high school graduates must submit their original high school diploma and/or transcript with the Apostille, or seal from the department of foreign affairs, or with an evaluation from a NACES member.

Foreign college / university transcripts will only be evaluated after the student has taken the PERT exam (or completed level 6 EAP) and completed 12 college level credits at MDC.

All transcripts not in English also require a translation from a ATA member.
