What happens if someone is in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19?

If the individual in close contact develops any of the symptoms of the condition, the individual should see a physician as soon as possible. The employee must provide a release from their physician to return to work. The student must provide clearance from a healthcare provider to return to classes.

This case must be reported to the Office of EOP/ADA/Title IX for application of College protocol regarding communicable health issues.

If the employee in close contact does not exhibit symptoms of the Coronavirus, the individual should monitor themselves for symptoms for 14 days.
