All hires require accurate completion of a Form I-9 accompanied by unexpired Identification(s) listed on the form for federal compliance. I.D.’s and Social Security cards with work authorization restrictions may not be utilized for Form I-9 identification purposes. Once an offer is extended and accepted by a candidate, other hiring documents will be sent to the candidate for completion, depending on the type of hire.
