My name has changed. How can I change the MyMDC account login name to reflect the change?


To update your MyMDC account username the following steps are required.

1. You will first need to update your name at the Admissions & Registration office. A valid photo ID with your current legal name must be provided along with documentation of the name change.

2. Contact the Information Technology department at 305-237-0177 to request a name change for your MyMDC account.

Note: When contacting the Information Technology department, please have the following information ready.

  • MDID number (Located on your MDID Card or Schedule)
  • Current MyMDC username
  • Date of Birth
