I no longer work at the college. When and how will I receive my W-2 form?


The Payroll Department sends out W-2’s on or about January 31st. They will mail them to the last known address on file. You may contact Payroll at (305) 237-2751 or by email at Payroll@mdc.edu with any further questions.
