MDC Student Financial Services will notify Nelnet and the adjustment will be made automatically. Nelnet will notify you about the adjustment to the agreement terms. If you are approved for a refund and you have a current Nelnet Payment Plan, the payment plan will be adjusted for canceled/dropped classes. If you have made all scheduled payments and completed the Nelnet Payment Plan, the College will send any refund due directly to your BankMobile (formerly Higher One) account.
