I have been making scheduled payments on a Nelnet agreement. I dropped a class before 100% refund date or one of my classes has been cancelled and I have been approved for a 100% refund. Will the contract be adjusted or will I receive a refund?


MDC Student Financial Services will notify Nelnet and the adjustment will be made automatically.  Nelnet will notify you about the adjustment to the agreement terms. If you are approved for a refund and you have a current Nelnet Payment Plan, the payment plan will be adjusted for canceled/dropped classes. If you have made all scheduled payments and completed the Nelnet Payment Plan, the College will send any refund due directly to your selected refund preference with BankMobile Disbursements.
