Hold – Financial Agreement

To remove the Financial Agreement hold you’ll need to follow the steps below:

1. Login to your MDConnect Student Portal
2. Select the ‘Tasks’ tile
3. Click on Resolve your Holds/Tasks on the left-hand side navigation. Click on the Task Item “Financial Obligation Agreement”.
4. Read the agreement, scroll down to the bottom and check the Accept checkbox, click Save to confirm agreement.
5. Click the Next button in the right hand corner to continue.
