“Have Help Sent to You Via Email” does not work. I am unable to reset my password via email.


If you have requested to reset your password via email from the “MDC Student Authentication” page and are not receiving the emails:

1. Verify that the email was not delivered to your Spam, Bulk or Junk folder located in your email box.

2. Verify that your Spam, Bulk or Junk settings are not set to immediately delete suspected spam messages.

3. Add the email address automatedemail@mdc.edu to your Contacts or White List.

If the problem persists, then contact the IT Help Desk for assistance: 305-237-2505.
