What is Harassment?


Harassment is unwelcome conduct, based upon sex, race, color, marital status, age, religion, national origin, ethnicity, pregnancy, disability, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, or genetic information that impacts either a condition of work or learning (quid pro quo) or creates a hostile environment.
