What if I changed my phone?


If you change your phone and you still have the old phone available, then please start by installing the Microsoft Authenticator App on your new phone. Then proceed to set up Microsoft Authenticator. Please refer to the MFA guide.
If you do NOT have your old phone available please do not hesitate to contact your local Campus IT Service Desk, or email us at ithelpdesk@mdc.edu
