Should I attach my transcripts to the application if applying for an Adjunct or Faculty position?

It is highly recommended that you do, since many accreditation requirements to teach credited courses require specific course work that is not mentioned within the job posting.  Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the application and interview process. Make sure to redact Social Security Numbers if present on your transcripts. Please note that official transcripts are required for paper submittal (sealed envelope) or electronical transmitted official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.

We recommend that you upload the transcripts separately to your Applicant Profile. All documents that are uploaded to your Applicant Profile are automatically attached to all applications (previous and future).

To upload documents to your Applicant Profile, follow the instructions below:

From within the Careers page, at the top, click on My Activities, then click the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the page. Select “Transcript Attachment” from the Attachment Type dropdown menu, enter the Attachment Title and click Upload Attachment. Click Choose File, find the transcripts and click Upload.
