I have a hold on my account. Which department should I see to address it?


Below are common holds that students encounter.  The service area that addresses each hold is listed. If you have a question about a hold that is not listed, please contact Advisement and Career Services at your campus for more assistance.

AS – Academic Standing: Please contact Advisement and Career Services for assistance.

EOT – End of Term Grad App: This hold only blocks access to order official transcripts for a short amount of time at the end of each semester for graduation processing. You may still enroll in classes. If you need immediate access to your official transcripts, please contact Transcript Processing Services at 305.237.2701.

Financial Agreement: You may click here to follow instructions to lift the hold yourself. If you continue to run into issues, please contact Advisement and Career Services for assistance.

FI – Financial Hold: Please contact Student Financial Services at 305.237.2141. You may also contact your campus Bursar’s Office for assistance.

OZ – New Student: Please contact the New Student Center for assistance.

RH – Missing High School Transcript: Please contact Admissions and Registration for assistance.

RP – Missing College Transcript: Please contact Admissions and Registration for assistance.

SDB/INF – Student Required Info: You may click here to follow instructions to lift the hold yourself. If you continue to run into issues, please contact Advisement and Career Services for assistance.

SPI – Student Parent Info: You may access the hold via your To-Do list in MDConnect, and clear the hold yourself. If you continue to run into issues, please contact Advisement and Career Services for assistance.

UT – University Transfer Info: This is for informational purposes only at this time. You may still enroll in classes. However, please contact Advisement and Career Services to provide your transfer university and major to remove this indicator.

V1 – Must See Advisor: Please contact Advisement and Career Services for assistance.

Z2 – Student Records: Please contact Admissions and Registration for assistance.
