I get an error message when I try to use the MyMdc Mobile app


You may have received the following error when you tried to log in to the app:

“An irrecoverable error has occurred, please contact your IT Service Desk for further support.”

— Try deleting then reinstalling the app.

If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact the IT Help Desk at 305-237-2505 during regular business hours, or submit a ticket using the mobile app feedback form.
