I am graduating at the end of spring semester and want to apply for OPT. How can I get the I-20 recommendation?

ISS will continue to process OPT applications at this time. ISS coordinators will conduct OPT Q &A sessions via email, Skype, and/or teleconferencing to guide students through the application process and review application documents.

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) in the Department of Homeland Security recently approved electronic form I-20 issuance. ISS coordinators may electronically sign and send Forms I-20 to student email addresses as listed in SEVIS.

Please note that students must be physically present in the U.S. to submit an OPT application.
