Establishing Florida Residency – Don’t pay three times more than you have to

Don’t pay three times more than you have to. Fill out your in-state tuition form and save money. If you want to pay the in-state tuition rates then you will need to submit a Florida Residency Declaration Form and documentation to show proof of Florida residency.

For students under the age of 24 years, your parent or guardian’s residency documentation must be provided in addition to their signature on the Declaration Form.
