Do I need to take the placement test to qualify for the American Dream Scholarship (ADS) even if I am exempt?

Even if you are not required to take the placement test (DevEd exempted), you must meet the minimum test score requirements on approved standardized tests (PERT, SAT, ACT) to be eligible for the ADS.
